Description

In human trafficking awareness acupuncturists learn about the local and global problem of human trafficking and how their role as a health provider puts them in an important position to make a big impact. Students will learn the difference between sex trafficking and exploitation, labor trafficking, identify vulnerable populations, learn how to report cases of human trafficking, learn about resources available for victims. Acupuncturists will learn how they can stop the spread of human trafficking.
