Use of Internet Protocol Address
We may use your Internet protocol (IP) address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. IP addresses are not linked to any information that could personally identify you.
Use of Payment
We use a third party, Stripe, for processing all monetary transactions. This means that Grasshopper Education is never in possession of your credit card or bank account information.
We keep your name, email address, license number, and course(s) you have taken on file in order to be able to create a CEU certificate for you, and to re-send it to you in case you misplace it. We will not sell your personal information or otherwise provide it to any sort of list or third party.
Likewise, if you submit your information via our Feedback or Contact Us forms, we will not sell or otherwise provide that information to any third party or list.

Who we share your data with
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
