Although L.Ac.'s are taught the anatomy and pathology of joints, the surgical repair of these joints is not covered, nor is the unique, healing challenges of post-surgical tissue. This course dissects each surgery of the major joints, giving the acupuncturist details on how to position patients post-surgery and what to avoid. Sections on acupuncture protocols are included. This course is approved by California, NCCAOM, and Florida.
